Our laboratory upholds the highest standards of quality and precision through gold assaying, metal analysis, and research and development (R&D).
Gold assaying plays a crucial role in monitoring metal quality throughout the refining process, ensuring the accurate determination of gold and silver fineness. At Africana Gold Mining Limited, we utilize both traditional fire assay methods and advanced spectrometry technology to deliver precise results.
Upon arrival at the refinery, all materials—whether doré or scrap—are melted, and samples are carefully taken. Typically, each sample is divided into three portions: one for the customer, one for our records, and one reserved for arbitration, if required.
